Paying by bank transfer

• Ask the customer to send amount to one of the accounts, with reference in the transfer description.
• When the transfer is seen (the team's approval or automatic matching) the payment becomes held and the job is dispatched. Follow it with GET /payments?service_request_id=… or GET /notifications/sync.
• With no active transfer account you get 503 BANK_TRANSFER_UNCONFIGURED. GET /payment-methods shows the open methods up front.
